We are a bustling park with a great group of clientele and many more actively pursuing entry.
Currently, we are unable to offer seasonal sites to campers looking to bring their own trailer into our resort. We do however, have sites open for our “in house” sales of travel trailers and park models. There are also several re-sale units situated on landscaped sites available for purchase. On new units we have our popular Happy Hills Resort Ultimate Vacation Package (HHRUVP) which includes discounts on seasonal camping, complimentary mini golf, complimentary 9 hole golf and complimentary day passes! We look forward to discussing which option works best for you.

SEASONAL INFORMATION
2025 HAPPY HILLS RESORT REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
This program applies to all seasonal site applications for used RVs and Park Model purchases. The Security Deposit paid is fully refundable upon future sale of your trailer/park model or removal from Happy Hills.
The Security Deposit is based upon both the size of the site and it's location characteristics (settings, views, corners, etc.) in the park. The fees are listed below:
Sites up to 3,000 sq.ft. $2,260.00
Sites between 3,000 and 4,000 sq.ft. $3,390.00
Sites between 4,000 and 5,000 sq.ft. $4,520.00
Sites over 5,000 sq. ft. $5,650.00
9 month and "extended stay" sites $11,300.00
As mentioned above, some sites of similar sizing may have a different Security Deposit based on their location. Please contact the office for exact value on a specific site. The fee is refundable upon future sale or removal of your trailer from our park.
