HAPPY HILLS RESORT REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

Happy Hills Resort implements a Security Deposit program that is refundable to new clients or existing clients who have paid this fee when they decide to sell or remove their RVs in the future.  It is indexed by site size (sq.ft.) as well as location and is administered upon a new application for a seasonal contract.  Attached is the information sheet that now appears on our website under “rates” as well as in the “sales” section. 

HAPPY HILLS RESORT SECURITY DEPOSIT

This program applies to all seasonal site applications entering our Resort.  The Security Deposit paid is fully refundable upon future sale of your trailer or removal from Happy Hills Resort.

The Security Deposit is based upon both the size of the site and its location characteristics (settings, views, corners, etc.) in the park.  The fees are listed below:

In General:
Sites up to 3,000 sq.ft.$ 2,260.00
Sites between 3,000 and 4,000 sq.ft.$ 3,390.00
Sites between 4,000 and 5,000 sq.ft.$ 4,520.00
Sites over 5,000 sq.ft.$ 5,650.00
9 month and “extended stay” sites$11,300.00

As mentioned above, some sites of similar sizing may have a different Security Deposit based on their location. 

This fee is refundable upon future sale or removal of your trailer from our park.
